Please note: Shortly after you receive notification from head office that your building permit has been picked up, you will be able to access information about your home.
You will be notified by your sales representative to schedule a hosted courtesy walk-through before drywall installation and PDI a week or two before closing.
To find your lot enter your complete lot number. Lot numbers contain your Community abbreviation, your Phase number, Lot number, and Unit letter (if your home is an attached or semi-detached unit). Note that there are also dashes between each part of the complete lot number.
Findlay Creek = FC; Havencrest = HC; Russell Trails = RT; Poole Creek = PC; Wateridge = WR
For Semi-detached units the letter depends on the garage orientation – when facing your home if the garage is on the left your garage orientation is Right and vice versa.
For Townhomes each unit has a letter: A, B, C, D or E
Single Family Homes do not have a unit letter.
Here are examples of complete lot numbers that would be entered in the field. The format is Community, dash, phase number, dash, lot number, garage orientation letter.
