This countertop is a quartz called Yorkville.
FAUCETS
The ensuite faucets are from the Ashlyn series.
FLOORING
The tile flooring is Ceratec's Gambini Pacific series 14x28 tile in Abyss matte.
SHOWER
The shower in this ensuite features the Option D glass door with black trim and a 12x28 horizontal niche. The shower enclosure tile is Ceratec's Bricklane series in Gesso matte and this tile is installed in a herringbone pattern ($).
CABINETS
The vanity features Osgoode-style doors with a painted Slate finish.
DESIGN FEATURE
The mirrors are a design feature. Standard mirrors are not trimmed in black.
CABINET HARDWARE
The cabinet hardware is BP8716128-CHBRZ which are transitional metal pulls in champagne bronze but these are discontinued.
SHOWER BASE
The shower base has been upgraded to a pebble base with flat pebbles in Nero Piatto. This upgrade may be available via RFP. Ask your Design Centre Consultant for more information.
BATHTUB
A freestanding tub is standard in this home. The tub faucet is from the Ashlyn series in matte black.
DOOR HARDWARE
The interior door hardware is upgraded to the Cambie knob in black.

The interior doors are upgraded to the Logan door.

The lights have been upgraded to the black lighting package.
