The hardwood throughout the main level is from Lauzon and it is from the Ambiance Tempo series in 4-1/8 character grade Red Oak in Staccato with an ultra matte finish.This hardwood has been discontinued.

This custom pantry is an available upgrade. The doors are Westboro style in 435 Palomino PVC finish.
CABINETS
The island cabinets are finished with Stittsville doors in a painted finish with the colour Slate.
BACKSPLASH
This backsplash may be available via a custom RFP upgrade. It is from Euro and is called Pietra Pulpis in Dark Grey in a herringbone mosaic (not shown).
COUNTERTOPS
The countertops are quartz in the style called Montauk.
