Unlike other builders, Tartan Homes operates a unique Online Design Centre. This innovative tool is simple to use. It lets Tartan buyers view all of the thousands of options available across 20 different categories of finishings, appliances, décor and systems. It also lets buyers get a sense of standard features vs. upgrades in select model homes. It lets them select their favourites and keep track of their choices for both standard selections and upgrades. And it provides the price for upgrades and their running total. When they’re ready to finalize their choices, they can simply print and take their Wish List to our Design Centre facility – or login when they are there. There’s nothing quite like it available from any other builder!

Here, buyers can view, touch, and compare thousands of samples of many of the finishings and options available-then go to our Online Design Centre to review, select, price and keep track of their choices.
