Design Centre Online

Our Design Centre Online is open 24/7 so customers can browse and select from thousands of finishings for their purchased homes. The Design Centre is also now open for appointments. The protocol is two persons per visit, masks are optional, and samples may not be handled. Ask your New Home Coordinator for more information.

Construction Protocols

We are adhering to strict protocols to ensure that construction of our customers’ homes continues in a manner that puts the safety of our construction workers and tradespeople first. All Tartan employees have access to proper PPE and sanitization supplies as needed. Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of worksites are conducted on an on-going basis. Regular site inspections by the Health and Safety Officer ensure that all protocols are being met.

Service Department Protocols

Tartan’s service department is fully operational with health and safety protocols in place to protect our employees and our homeowners. At the homeowners’ request, service department employees will wear masks while in occupied homes. Employees will have no contact with paperwork related to the appointment.
