COUNTERTOPS
The countertops in the kitchen are quartz and are called Soho. The extended island tabletop feature is an available upgrade via an RFP (request for pricing) at the Design Centre.
FLOORING
The main floor, upper hall and primary bedroom feature 6-1/4 inch wide, ultra matte White Oak in the Moorland stain.
CUSTOM
The integrated hood fan is an available RFP.
CABINETS
The cabinets feature Stittsville doors in a Charcoal PVC finish. The upper cabinets include upgrades to add additional uppers, a filler strip and valance. The hardware is pewter with knobs on the added uppers and handles on the other uppers (BP10734-142 & BP288996-142)
