If you’ve already lived in and loved a Tartan (or Tamarack) home and are ready to move up or downsize, select another Tartan home and you’ll earn a $7,500 Design Centre Bonus at time of purchase. *Effective December 1, 2025. To qualify for a customer referral you must have purchased a Tartan home and be living in the home or if you are not currently living in the home, you must provide proof that you were the original owner of a Tartan home. Cannot be used in conjunction with broker referral/co-broke. If the home being purchased does not have the opportunity to go to the Design Centre, both parties will receive a $2,500 cheque instead. You may also qualify if you’ve purchased a Tamarack home. Ask your Sales Representative for more details.
