This option popup shows two upgrades. It shows the optional kitchen which moves the sink and dishwasher opening from the island to the outside wall and the microwave shelf is moved from the outside wall to the island. Plus is shows the optional mudroom. You may also upgrade the kitchen without adding the mudroom.

This option adds a bathtub and reduces the size of the vanity which now accommodates one sink.
