In recognition of the strong Canadian Armed Forces presence in our region, Tartan Homes is proud to introduce a Military Homebuyer Incentive.

This program is designed to support and welcome military members and their families by offering $5,000 off the purchase price of an inventory home or $5,000 DC bonus on any new purchase. It’s Tartan’s way of showing appreciation while providing added value to those relocating and choosing to call our communities home.

This incentive is available to:
• Active Canadian Armed Forces members
• Canadian Reservists
• Canadian Veterans

Proof of service will be required at time of agreement.
