Tartan Homes is following the directives of public health to keep both our customers and workers safe during the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
Virtual Sales Offices
Our sales offices are now open during most regular business hours*. To ensure the safety of customers and employees the following will be required:
- When you arrive, during business hours, ring the doorbell and wait for a representative to open the door
- Each visitor must sign a Covid questionnaire and waiver
- The number of buying groups will be limited in the model homes
- Each buying group will be limited to 2 attendees
- Face masks must be worn at all times
- Avoid unnecessarily touching surfaces inside
- Washrooms will not be available
Virtual appointments will also be available for anyone who does not wish to visit the sales offices in person.

Our website lets you take virtual tours of most models, with 360º self-guided tours, video tours, and photo galleries.
Design Centre Online
Our Design Centre Online is open 24/7 so customers can browse and select from thousands of finishings for their purchased homes. The Design Centre is also now open for appointments. The protocol is two persons per visit, mandatory masks at all times and samples may not be handled. Ask your New Home Coordinator for more information.
We are adhering to strict protocols to ensure that construction of our customers’ homes continues in a manner that puts the safety of our construction workers & tradespeople first. All Tartan personnel are fitted with gloves, masks, hand sanitizers and safety equipment. We provide wash stations at all sites, undertake daily wellness checks of everyone entering a site, and thorough cleaning and sanitizing of worksites is conducted on an on-going basis. Weekly site inspections by the Health and Safety officer ensures all protocols are being met.
Service Department Protocols
Tartan’s service department will return to work under strict COVID-19 protocols. Homeowners who have work scheduled will be contacted the day before and pre-screened via a questionnaire. Service department workers will wear protective equipment including gloves and non-medical face coverings and maintain a minimum 2-metre physical distance from occupants and other workers. Workers will have no contact with paperwork related to the appointment.
