HOODFAN
This hoodfan is the former standard microwave hoodfan. The newer standard is the Broan® Glacier 30-Inch Under-Cabinet Range Hood. Hoodfans are the only appliances that can be purchased from Tartan.
COUNTERTOPS
This is a standard granite countertop. The colour is Bianco Sardo.
FAUCET
This is the standard kitchen sink faucet.
FLOORING
This is a standard hardwood floor. It is 3-1/8" red oak in the smoky grey in a matte finish. This kind of finish is discontinued.
CABINET HARDWARE
This is a standard pull. This pull is the BP8160128-900 in matte black.
BACKSPLASH
This tile is a 3x6 Feng Shui in Light Grey glossy finish. This tile is discontinued. A substitute for this tile is the Essential line which is also standard (pictured in popup). It is installed vertically which is standard.

CABINETS
The cabinets are Torino style doors in a Morning Dew PVC finish. These cabinets are in Line 2 which is standard in all single and bungalow homes.
CABINET HARDWARE
Most single family home ensuites come with a standard bank of drawers when there are two sinks. The hardware is from line 2 (standard in singles) BP8160128-900 - Contemporary Metal Handle Pull - Matte Black.
FLOORING
All of the tile is Olympia Construct tile in Light Grey. The floor and tub tile is 12x12 in a matte finish and the shower is 8x12 in a glossy finish.
Most homes come standard with a 60 inch shower complete with 3 ceramic walls, acrylic base and a MAAX Kameleon clear glass shower door.
LIGHTING
Bathrooms come with 3 or 4 light vanity with matte white glass and chrome finish. The fixtures in this home are no longer available. The new standard light package is pictured in the popup.
COUNTERTOP
The countertop is from line 2 and called Pearl Sequoia 5001-07 but stone is now standard in bathrooms (& kitchens) in all homes.
FAUCETS
Most single family homes include two sinks, faucets, mirrors and fixtures in the ensuite. These faucets & basin are discontinued. The new standard sink is an undermount sink.
