You have signed your Purchase Agreement
The Agreement of Purchase and Sale constitutes the legally binding document governing the purchase of your new home. The first step in the process is attending an in-person meeting with your Tartan Homes Sales Representative, during which you will review the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and executed various related documents.
Following this appointment, you will receive the Agreement of Purchase and Sale electronically through DocuSign for signatures.
It is essential that you carefully review the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, including all schedules and attachments. As with any legal document, you are strongly advised to have your lawyer review the agreement and all accompanying documentation.
The Agreement of Purchase and Sale will become firm five (5) business days following full execution, unless written notice is received from you within this period.
