Scheduling Your Inspection

We schedule the Pre-Delivery Inspection with you as your home nears completion. Your Pre-Delivery Inspection typically takes place a few weeks or a few days before your closing date. Tartan Homes will arrange this appointment with you. The Pre-Delivery Inspection is a requirement of the warranty program provided by Tarion.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday, at 9 am or 1 pm. These hours ensure that, at all times of year, there will be enough daylight to see all surfaces adequately. We meet at your new home. Expect your inspection to last between two and three hours, depending on the size of the home.
